Will Kimbrough

Will Kimbrough is the V.P. of Operations at SERVPRO of Rogers County.  As Vice President of Operations Will is responsible for the direction, health, implementation and success of our work. In this role, Will is especially focused on long-term strategy planning, day-to-day operations, national sales and relationship building, and territorial expansion through new franchise acquisition. Will comes to Team Jones with a vast amount of operation and sales experience. Prior to joining Team Jones Will spent over 19 years consulting local businesses in best practices and growth. For the previous 12 years Will has worked at SERVPRO corporate as a franchise business consultant. Will consulted on the topics of production, operations, marketing, human resource management, business development, strategic planning and B2B team building. He earned his BBA in Marketing from Delta State University, and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician and Upholstery Fabric Cleaning Technician.

Mace Ward

Mace Ward is the Chief Operating Officer at SERVPRO of Rogers County.  He is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, having earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management.  Mace is in his 8th year with us, and proves his commitment to his customers every single day.  Mace's roots run deep in Oklahoma and loves raising his family here. Mace and his family hail from Rogers County and they continue running their family farm there. Every year Mace puts together the Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament - be sure and ask him about it when you run across him!

Kyle Alexander

Kyle Alexander is Vice President of Reconstruction Services for SERVPRO of Rogers County. Kyle has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and 17 years in Insurance Restoration. Kyle received his BA in Criminal Justice from Chapman University in 2002.  Kyle moved from California to Oklahoma in 2008 and has been a vital part of the SERVPRO team during much of this time. Kyle is experienced in residential & commercial reconstruction as well as remodel projects and will work diligently to complete your job in a timely manner.

Gerald Thomas

Gerald Thomas is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for SERVPRO of Rogers County.   Gerald graduated from Alcorn State University and is a retired Army Officer in which 10 of those years were spent as a Corp of Engineer Officer which entailed the management of various construction and reconstruction projects.    Gerald has over 20 years of experience in sales management and marketing experience.  In his new role Gerald will be responsible for the development and growth of the sales team, sales and marketing strategy.    He is active in the community and is a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.

Dennis McKinley

Dennis McKinley is the Vice President of Commercial Large Loss for SERVPRO of Rogers County.  Dennis brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to our team. He has extensive experience overseeing commercial projects in the United States and the United Kingdom. In 2009 Dennis sold and produced one of the largest disaster projects in SERVPRO history at the University of Louisville, after a flood totaled 5 campus buildings and damaged at least 4 others. Between 2010-2012 Dennis wrote the Corporate Commercial Large Loss Play Book which provides standards that are still followed by the industry today. In 2013 he built and managed from the ground up a very successful restoration franchise and won Rookie of the year/Texas and National of the Year in 2014.  Most recently Dennis has managed the Extreme Response Teams (13 Teams) “Best of the Best” and he has managed the Large Loss Response Team (135 franchises). He coordinated commercial response for storm teams, provided leadership for Commercial Large Loss Division Project Managers, lead the Document Restoration Division, and managed the Commercial Operations Specialists. Dennis is an accomplished industry veteran with extensive loss remediation background, who holds the upmost standards in ethics and accountability.

Pam Donaldson

Pam Donaldson is the Controller of SERVPRO of Rogers County.  On a daily basis, Pam manages the franchise office team with all accounting and administrative activities including all aspects of franchise accounting and reporting. She develops and implement annual office administration plans and budgets to automate and improve office productivity. Using her skills, she trains and coaches all office personnel to efficiently perform all assigned tasks.

Armando Mendoza

Armando Mendoza is the Large Loss Project Manager for SERVPRO of Rogers County. Armando has 20 years’ experience in fire, water, mold, HVAC cleaning, in residential and commercial projects. Previous roles he has held include Large Loss Coordinator of multiple storm events, Operations Manager of 75+ employee restoration company, and General Manager of 10 million+ a year restoration company.  Notable projects include:

  • Dupont Plant/Orange, TX-Hurricane Ike Document Recovery and Flood Cleanup
  • Monahan’s Police Department/Monahans, TX-Fire Bomb Cleanup
  • IRS-Echelon/Austin, TX-Plane Crash Personal Effects Recovery
  • United Nations/Manhattan, NY-Tropical Sandy Flood Cleanup
  • Crossroads Mall/Tulsa, OK-Tornado Cleanup

His accreditations include IICRC Applied Structural Drying, TDSH Mold Contractor, IICRC Carpet Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, Fire Recovery, IICRC Odor Removal, IICRC Smoke Removal, and Bloodborne Pathogen. Armando brings passion for customer service and project management and believes the most important job is yours!
